Email is the published support and business contact channel for this website. We do not operate an on-site submission form, a support-account system or a stated telephone helpline. Email links open your own mail application; this page does not silently submit your message.
Choose the subject that best matches your enquiry below. You do not need to provide the same information for every request. Share only what is needed to explain the issue and receive a response.
Write an emailBroken games, controls and technical problems
Suggested subject: Game report — [game title]
- The game name and exact game-detail or play URL.
- Your device type, browser name and, if available, version.
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- Whether the problem appears before the provider loads, inside the game, or after an interaction.
- An approximate time and any visible error message.
- An optional screenshot with unrelated tabs, personal details and account information removed.
Try returning to the listing and reopening once, or choose another game if the provider remains unavailable. We can investigate the catalog, links and player wrapper, but cannot guarantee repairs to code or servers operated by an independent provider. We do not need a game-account password or access to your device to receive a report.
Inappropriate content, unexpected redirects and misleading prompts
Suggested subject: Content concern — [game or page]
Give the exact page URL and describe the content or behaviour you observed. Explain whether it appeared in our own catalog, an embedded game, an advertisement or a linked external page. If it is safe to do so, include a screenshot or the visible advertiser name; do not reopen a suspicious page solely to gather more evidence.
We review sufficiently specific reports and may restrict a listing while investigating. External games and ads can vary by location and time, so a brief description of the circumstances can be useful. Do not forward unlawful material itself or repeatedly click an advertisement to identify it.
Privacy requests and personal information
Suggested subject: Privacy request — [access / deletion / correction / other]
Describe the interaction and the right or help you are requesting. Include the approximate date and the address we should use to respond. The Privacy Policy request procedure explains verification, provider limits and applicable response deadlines.
For local saved games or recent history, try the footer's Privacy choices control or your browser's site-data settings. We do not hold a cloud profile of those feature records. For a provider's independent processing, its own privacy contact may need to act.
Do not send a passport, identity-card scan or payment details merely to submit a request. If an authorised agent acts for you, explain the authority without attaching unnecessary sensitive material. Where an applicable appeal right exists, reply to the decision with “Privacy appeal”.
Copyright, trademarks and distribution rights
Suggested subject: Rights request — [work or game title]
- Identify the copyrighted work, trademark or other right involved.
- Identify each exact listing or asset URL you believe is affected.
- Explain your role and authority to act for the rights holder.
- Describe the concern and the action you request.
- Provide a usable reply address and accurate supporting information.
Where a statutory notice process applies, include its required statements and details. We may request clarification or temporarily withdraw a listing while assessing the issue. A listing does not claim ownership of the game or grant a redistribution licence. See the detailed rights procedure for more information.
Advertising, AdSense, Ad Manager and AdX enquiries
Suggested subject: Advertising enquiry — [organisation or topic]
For legitimate publisher or monetisation enquiries, identify your organisation, website, role and the proposed service. Explain any account relationship, demand source, seller authorisation or technical integration involved. We do not ask you to email passwords, private account tokens or payment-card details.
The intended model includes Google publisher advertising, but Google Publisher Tag placements are configured on the homepage, category pages and game detail pages. We do not claim direct AdX access or Google approval. Activation requires an eligible account or authorised partner relationship, accurate seller records, suitable inventory and applicable privacy controls.
For a misleading ad, provide the page URL, approximate time and visible details without repeatedly interacting with the creative. A third-party game's own ads can be delivered by a different provider. We cannot handle a Google Ads advertiser's billing or an unrelated publisher account; use that platform's support for those matters.
Security and vulnerability reports
Suggested subject: Security report — [brief issue]
Describe the affected URL, expected security behaviour and safe steps to reproduce the issue. Include the approximate time and impact you observed. Avoid accessing other people's information, testing beyond what is needed to describe the issue, or publishing sensitive evidence.
Send reports privately to the published email address. Do not include exploit executables, stolen credentials or a full copy of exposed personal records. We do not publish a paid bug-bounty programme or promise a reward for a report. We can investigate issues within our control and coordinate with a provider when appropriate.
Editorial corrections, accessibility and general feedback
Suggested subject: Website feedback — [page or topic]
For an inaccurate description or guide, identify the statement and explain the correction with any safe, relevant evidence. For an accessibility problem, describe the page, control, browser and assistive technology where relevant. You can report an issue without revealing a disability or other sensitive personal information.
We appreciate concrete suggestions about navigation, categories and clarity. Sending an idea does not create a development contract, an employment relationship or an obligation to implement it. Please avoid submitting confidential material unless a suitable arrangement has been established.
What happens after you contact us
We use the message to understand the enquiry, investigate within our control and reply where appropriate. We may ask for clarification, identify an external provider that needs to act, correct a listing or remove access while reviewing a concern. We cannot promise a particular outcome, uninterrupted external game access or a fixed reply time for every general message.
Requests governed by a legal deadline will be handled under the applicable requirements. If a law permits an extension, exception or appeal, we will explain it as required. For a follow-up, reply in the same email conversation with new information so the context stays together.
Do not send duplicate messages containing additional sensitive information simply because a reply has not arrived. Check your email address and spam folder. If the issue involves an immediate real-world emergency, this mailbox is not an emergency-response service.
How correspondence is handled
Your email provider and ours process messages as part of delivery. Your message can include your address, name if supplied, content, attachments and technical email metadata. We use that information for the relevant support, rights, security, privacy or business purpose and retain it according to the criteria in our Privacy Policy.
Do not send passwords, recovery codes, payment-card numbers, unrelated personal records or unnecessary information about children. Redact private details from screenshots. We do not intentionally turn support correspondence into advertising targeting data. If information needs to be disclosed for a lawful investigation or a provider-specific issue, its handling remains subject to the relevant circumstances and privacy obligations.
